I am looking for a couple more equity investors on a 48 unit complex I have under contract in Vicksburg, MS.

Investors will earn around 10% annualized return on their money as well as 70% equity on the back end. This is a great opportunity to get in on a stable property that has significant upside with rent increases and good property management.
