The complex is right off the interstate on the South Frontage Rd.  Great location ,close to shopping and easy access to the interstate

@Chris Tracy  Thanks so much for all the great information.  I just finished listening to the @Joe Fairless podcast you recommended.  I am in the middle of finding partners, equity investors, for a multifamily property so reading these posts was very beneficial.  Thanks again.  

I agree on not toally giving up on them.  You never know when their circumstance may change and they become a motivated seller.  So I would put them on our list and drop them a letter/card every couple months.  

In Rod Khleif's book he talks about narrowing your focus down to four groups so you don't get overwhelmed.

• your backyard
• Another place you know well like where you grew up or went to school
• a place with boots on teh ground, like friends or family live there
• a place you want to retire
