Has anyone participated in Cyndy Dumire's PP5 Mentorship program? They seem to be a facebook only service for I cannot find any information on them outside of FB. I don't even know if they are a real company yet they do FB live events every week. 

Anyone that has any info would be most appreciated

Hello everyone. Was curious if anyone has been involved in the Dumire's PP5 mentorship/training. I have searched high and low for a review and the only place you can find one is on their facebook page. They run their "coaching" program through facebook , They are not listed with the BBB and they have various names to their programs, yet I can't seem to find ANYTHING on them anywhere.

Any insight would be most appreciated.

@Mae Dungo I personally think that spending almost $20k is an exorbitant amount of money for a mentor. If you read through all of the comments above, someone else stated that if you want to be part of the "inner circle" it will cost you an additional amount of money. I'm sure that you can find mentoring someplace else for much less.  What are you hoping to get out of her program? Do you know what area you would like to specialize in? IMO, you should narrow that down first then research how else you can accomplish that goal.  Down the road if you feel that you cannot find something comparable to her program and still want to do it, then I'd negotiate a payment plan so you are not paying everything out of pocket up front. I also believe they have some "grants" for those that ask.  Just my 2 cents.  Good luck

@Jack Phillips is this the first state that you are wholesaling in or have you done in other states? I have a one that I could share with you. IMO,  you should also be looking for an investor friendly title company so they can assist you for when you find a property. I also may be able to help you with buyers :)

@Julia Bykhovskaia please reach out should you decide to move forward with this. I live in Morristown which has been doing a lot of this lately. Besides a full floor of retail, work/office space is being added for the virtual worker.  Let's talk.

@Sandra Espenilla  Would you be willing to share what/who you are using for your mentoring?

@Ann Taylor I took her January class and the mentorship program is now $19,700 i believe. The $700 may not be correct yet the $19k plus is. I was shocked to see that she doubled her price in a year.  My personal opinion is that if you are willing to pay a mentor there are others out there for less $$

you can always call a local realtor. We do not just specialize in specific towns, we have knowledge of the county(s).
