Doesn't the phone book separate numbers by zip code? I have no clue, that's why I'm asking. I can't tell you the last time I even touched a phone book.

I don't know @Haitham Abbasi. It seems hard to believe that you read The Real Estate Wholesale Bible and don't know how to build your buyers list. Chapters 20 through 25 are about strictly about buyers...

Sounds like you might want to slow down your reading and try again bro. I can easily tell you the answer to your question but that's not what real estate investing is about. You have to take time learn things then ask questions when you get stuck.

Most people that ask how to find buyers and marketing for buyers haven't taken the time to try to learn on their own. They just stick their hands out. Grind and you'll figure it out bro.
