Hello,

My name is Lia and I have been learning about real estate for about 2 weeks now. I am so excited I think this is a great investment to get into, however I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm like a sponge ...so if anyone has any words of wisdom to offer please feel free! I am looking forward to meeting new people and absorbing all the knowledge I possibly can!

The one thing I would add to this is ASK QUESTIONS. No reason to learn from just your mistakes when you can learn quicker by not doing things others have already done and failed doing.
