Yeah, the free book is weak, but the YouTube Video are good, more informative than most...

YouTube Wendy Patton and Step Davis..they got some very good cold calling examples....Not necessarily applicable in Texas but as example of breaking the ice, coming across as friendly, building rapport, etc...Good, Good Stuff...

So far, on my budget and based on my experience, I like cold calling, gotten some good leads, and it works for me...
