@Ziv Magen, Thank you for taking the time to visit with us. I've had numerous people express regret for not being able to attend and those present were very happy for the chance to engage with you in conversation. There has been follow-up discussion about your program and how we could possibly bring it closer to Yokosuka.

Thanks again for coming.

@Jermaine White Glad to see that you're interested.

Our meetups are quite organic and informal so we don't have any notes, However Ziv has a website and is very responsive to communication. I would encourage you to contact him as he was the focus of our meetup with very little US investing discussion.

As for future meetups. there will probably be one in June, as a member is PCSing, but normally May would be the last in the cycle to begin again in September as I'm a teacher and will be away for the summer break.

However, that does not mean others can't get together and keep me posted. I've found Sbarro's to be a good venue in terms of quiet area but they close early so we've moved it to the bowling alley but this last one was at a tower party room which worked great, so I will explore that as an ongoing option in the fall.

Keep in touch,

@Eddie Reid

Do you still have a lot of inventory in Jacksonville? If so, please send me information.

Do you have pictures?

I'm interested in buy and hold rentals, not flips but this location interests me.

@Dana Whicker, I'm looking to buy in Jacksonville. Primarily interested in a 3/2 but would not mind taking a look if you still have it available towards the end of the month. I live and teach in Japan and will be coming in country once school closes here.

Please keep me posted and on mind if you have others.

@Tino Hearn Same as all above:

Is the property still available?

Do you have additional information and pictures to share?

Do you have others?

@Ziv Magen I'll check it out and if that is the case I will work on bringing the meeting out where it works for all interested.

Who provides your umbrella coverage and why did you select that company?
