@Danny Kish I think if you buy from an auction it's easier to evict than evicting a tenant. But I would suggest if you can do cash for keys at a reasonable amount go for that.

Hi everyone. I'm pleased to be a part such a wonderful community, I have been a member already for 2 months, I've been reading the forums, blogs, listened to the podcasts, I've got really a lot of knowledge in the past two months. And I believe I'm ready to start my career in investing myself. For the past two years I've been working with investors, and now I'm looking to start my own fix and flip business, and eventually turn it into buy&hold. Any comments or advice specifically from my neighbors who are working in Brooklyn NY is greatly appreciated.
