Eviction
I am new to this but I am going to buy a house at a auction the promblem is they are still living there.Somebody told me I should right a letter to the home owner than go knock on there door .How should I write this letter?

So this is a home owner NOT a tenant? In any case, you would have to evict this person if you do wish them out. Do you want them out or would you keep them on as a tenant to get rental income? Eviction isn't always the answer and sometimes you have to think of different ways to go about solving a challenge like this.
