This property was purchased with a partner. It is 3 bed 1.5 bath upstairs and 3 bed 1 bath downstairs with a kitchen and separate entrance. This is an Airbnb property, we used some unique financing to get away from putting 20% down. It needed about 40K to add egress windows, put in baseboard heating, upgrade the electrical panel, landscaping, and add a bedroom. It was about 15K to furnish both units. We are self managing as of now however will look to offload that in the near future. Projected net cash flow is $2,500.
