Hey @Kyle Keller,

Well if you happen to be in Denver, would love to have you attend. Altitude sickness is real, I've heard people coming from out of state that go directly up into the mountains can get pretty sick. However, it is usually short lived and being in Denver rather then up in the mountains it typically isn't bad. I would not be concerned if you are thinking about moving, you get use to it quickly. It is very dry and walking up stairs you can tell the air is a little thinner however it doesn't affect your day to day life.

We had such a great turnout and a ton of fun a few weeks ago - let's do it again!

Come meet some cool people and bounce ideas around with like minded real estate enthusiasts. We had people that are just starting out to several people who have done multiple house hacks. Very informal meet up to grab a beer or 5 and talk real estate.

July 15th 5-7ish @ Improper City in Denver.

I look forward to seeing you there. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Thanks!

Stop by and grab a beer or soda and chat real estate with other like minded real estate investing enthusiasts. Very informal meetup to chat about real estate, bounce ideas around and have a couple beers.

Look forward to seeing you there!

Email or text if you plan on coming and if you have any questions.

Hey @Tony McCormick! So glad you reached out on BP, it's such a great resource. As others have already said that may be correct from the lender you spoke with perspective however there are a ton of different loan options and they change from one lender to the next. I would recommend reaching out to several lenders and getting different opinions. I can recommend a few if you would like. I will send you a direct message.

There are a few active real estate meetups in the Denver area one being: https://www.meetup.com/BadAssR...

I am also hosting a happy hour on June 10th from 5-7 at Improper City in Denver. You may not be in the area yet but I will keep you posted on future events.

Welcome in advance to CO!
