Too much. Use Crexi and find a pal with a Costar login

My clients in Blue Ridge are absolutely crushing it. From tiny homes and treehouses to mansions in the mountains, there seems to be evergreen and expanding demand. Supply struggle to keeps up.

I would advise you stay out of city limits -- try to go to unincorporated parts of the county. Little to no STR restrictions.

Hell yeah! I'm under contract to sell myself a listing that I decided to turn into an Airbnb. Six figure commission, plus it's an amazing investment opportunity.

Those numbers seem way low for a home of that stature. Maybe the location is not desirable but you put a home like that near a destination hotspot and you would be looking at much higher revenue.

Exploring both routes currently. After some more research, these numbers definitely prove to be low.

This is the "LaRusso Mansion" that was actually used for Netflix's Cobra Kai. This show has a cult like following as we made national headlines when I listed it. I'm trying to run some scenarios with the owner...looking for guidance on projecting cash flow. Any insights, thoughts, ideas, or advice always welcome as well.

I ran an Airdna report for the address to give an understanding of the local market, but would love to hear insights on pricing given the uniqueness and potential market opportunity.

The Atlanta area has a lot of similarily as it relates to a vibrant and fun culture, plus lots of clients are moving from CA to come here.
