i see there's still some homes under 100 k. Is that really the case my only source right now is Zillow and sites like that ?@Robert Adams

what books would you guys recommend to read, on  starting a reals estate business.also when would you recommend on starting the business after a few properties, before i invest in more property, and also would a llc be the right way to go????

thats my concern also, now i haven't  looked into it so much. but if you do get your licenses are you only able to get listings in your home state or in other states

What do you guys think of getting a real estate license. In an electrician by trade. And looking into more investment opportunity. And wondering if it would a a plus.

thank you very much for the information @Account Closed  like i said I'm not to familiar with the area an glad I asked the question. On here. I'm fairly new to this investing thing even though I bought my first investment property at 23. I known I have a lot to learn and grow. As an investor much appreciated it.

Thanks for the advise @Walter Cortes  me and my spouse are planing on making a trip to take a look at some property in that area. I already have an investment home here in California which I rent and have a home I currently live in. I'm looking for a multi fam home preferably a fourplex but if it's a good deal I'll work with other options
