Did i do it right?

I put out 200 flyers, just like bandit sighns. They were 8.5 by 11 on yellow paper, on telephone poles. 3 or 4 on every corner within a 1 mile block. 200 flyers in 3, 1mile blocks with a couple on the main road so the main trafic could see them. I put on them, "we buy, houses, cash, any condition any price, phone number."

I was trying to avoid the sighn police on the main roads while targetting a particular naborhood. Its been 7 days.

Has anyone tryed this? Should i do this again?Any advice would help.

Thanks in advance.

you can also call forsalebyowners on cregslist/trulia/zillow. Also r rent by owners on the same websights. You just need a phone and some 3 x 5 index cards to keep track of them. Cheep and works. Serch cold calls on bp to get an idea. Its not easy, but it is easy to get started. Good luck.@John Miller

Actually i answer most of my phone calls. i have 2 cell phones and 1 land line,  so i haven't been overwhelmed with calls or messages. But i have heard that a recorded message or pat live works best for bandit signs. @Henry Moore

Its better to ask for forgiveness than for permission. And it probably is fround on.make sure you use a throw away phone, that way they cant force you to pay the fines. Good luck!

wholesaling. Also you can go to the guru's webpages and get their free ebooks. You can find them by looking up their poscast. I read a few of them, if nothingelse it is consentrated information that you dont have to go hunting for. A couple good ones to start with are, flip2freedom, and realestate investing mastery. And the most important... The red pill investor, critical sales skils you will need. Hope this help.
