Getting the first deal wholesaling
I have read ideas of bandit signs, yellow letters, just about everything you can do to get into wholesaling.
I just would like to know the best way to start, preferably the cheapest because I do not have much money to work with at this point on marketing.
Any advice on how to get that first deal, how to start strong and make it happen.

Marketing is going to cost you whether its postcards, yellow letters, driving for dollars, or yard signs. You'll need to figure out which one is the one you want to focus on and work at it.
Shortly, I'll be starting a driving campaign to homes that are in preforeclosure. I'll be nervous as hell and unsure of how to have these conversations but I'll have to work on it. There are a number of websites you can sign up for such as foreclosureradar.com but they might not be most up to date. Your county may also have a subscription service to search for property information. My list, that should be coming today, is actually being compiled by the clerk of court in my county. I made a call, explained what I was looking for, and they are willing to help me with it which is awesome!
