I am currently going through a carrier change and a money flow problem at the same time. Shortly after I started my day marketing on line, i received a phone call about the security of my future finances. Its devastating and lowered my moral and ability to continue my day. 

How do you recover from news that knocks you out of focus?

How can i continue my "Wholesaling businesses" knowing that i might not be able to provide the basics for my family?

have you set up key word alerts for creigs list leads? Buissnes cards, small flyers, and a "burner phone." Prospecting in the morning 2-3 hours, and marketing for 2 hours, and apointments in the afternoon. Basic plan.

I personally like the tv show "Holmes Inspection." they start with a home inspection and then move to the rehab, awsome.  I would never buy a house without a good home inspection done, i like to know what i am getting in to. Hope thjs helps....

you can set up key word serches on your local craigslist..... Use "iftt" to send you emails or text every time some thing us posted. I have 22 key words and get about 60 lrads a week. They are not all good, but some even go on my buyers list. Hope it helps.
