We just kept watching Redfin , Zillow and Trulia everyday for new listings. I also have a couple of wholesalers sending me properties.

After making offers on 10 properties, we finally got a great fix and flip under contract. Had to outbid 2 other offers. Now ready to start changing the place.

I have a license in NC and if he could get a license there it would really help him find work in SA. NC is pretty tough on their tests!

Unless you are a plumber, electrician or HVAC contractor, you don't have to have a license in Texas to do general construction.

No cornice, old classy look doesn't have cornice. Add 6" gutters and paint brick. My 2 cents!
