I saw on here a while back that some people put each property in a separate LLC. Is it owned by another LLC? LLC is easy to do in Texas

Can the second contractor finish all the work left to complete the job? If you not upside down with the first contractor I would fire him, don't let him back on site, and your second guy finish the job for you.

quartz and man made tops seem to be more popular now days. I build high end homes and that's what people are doing. Can be less expensive also.
