Investor Needed San Antonio, TX

I am a veterinarian in North Carolina. I am in the process of selling my veterinary hospital in order to relocate to the San Antonio, TX area with my husband to be closer to family. My husband has currently moved to San Antonio and is in the process of trying to start up a new business to flip houses. Unfortunately we are selling my veterinary business at a very big loss to make this move and most if not all of our cash on hand will probably go back into the sale of the hospital. We are currently trying to find an investor or investors to help us start up our new business. Almost all of my husband's professional career has been involved in the construction industry in some sort of capacity so he will be able to do all the rehab on his own. We are hoping to be able to have our first official flip a house to be able to call our own as we are the proud owners of 6 dogs and 12 cats, many of which are special needs in nature, and are unable for me to make the move out to San Antonio with all the fur babies until we have a place of residence to call our own. Any help or advice anyone could supply us with would be greatly appreciated

Welcome to BP and hopefully soon welcome to San Antonio.

The city has not had a good record of folks taking care of their animals so the city has limits on the number of pets in a household and some other stringent rules for pets. I just wanted you to be aware. You dont want to get settled in and have problems. Check out the link.

If you want to get started flipping in a new city with no money, you might want to think about doing the rehab for someone in return for part of the deal. Or maybe being a contractor for a few deals before venturing out on your own. This way you get a feeling of the area while making some money. Being a part of the local REIAs would be very important to network with other investors.

Are you marketing to find properties here in SA?
