Have you staged the property? I would hire the most recommended interior designer who has staging experience and try that. Staging can dramatically change that "first impression" you get, but the first step is to get them inside. With that said I agree with a lot of people on the thread about the street and landscaping but you can always pick apart a property with opinions. I'd try staging.

Im looking for a specific virtual assistant that you have personally used and would recommend that I use.

Tasks - ad word campaign (google, Facebook, bing, yahoo) and keyword campaign for a business website (seo).

This is an area that I do not have any knowledge as you can tell from my bland post... thats why I need the help. Thanks in advance

Since the podcast has been doing so well (and because I listen to everyone of them) I thought you guys should also have Audio books for the Bp books with @Jscott as well as your new book Brandon. I personally have a hard time actually reading a book but I can crush audio books in the car to and from work. Just a thought and wanted to see if other BP'ers would agree that it is a good idea. @Brandon Turner @Joshua Dorkin
