@Account Closed thats awesome. ok well ill talk with him and see what date he is wanting to hold it so we can let everyone know and get as good a turn out as possible. More the better for sure..

Talk to you soon,

corey

@Carrie Zhang From what  i know it will be at the end of april. but havent got a for sure time or location

what area are you looking into? I actually am in the middle of trying work out a nice cash flowing duplex. so i have my fingers crossed.

If you feel comfortable with your property manager I dont think there would be a need to hire an attorney as well. Property managers write those up all the time. I  guess that would be a case by case basis depending on if you and your property manager feel comfortable doing business that way. I dont think i would hire an attorney

i was wondering the same thing i guess we will have to call out @Joshua Dorkin and @Brandon Turner... They would be the ones to ask about the summit they are hopefully having :) Trying to stir the pot for sure! ha

if you have investing experience that would be awesome!!! Derek there is also a meeting a colleague of mine is putting on in Detroit area if you would come to that one. I think I'm going to direct all from this meeting to that one instead because my colleague and I already have some things in place to do the meet up at the end of April. Would that work for you instead of the Saginaw area??

Very well put!

Those are awesome ideas but they actually already foreclosed. The letters were staying that the property was now property of fannie mae. But thanks for that great advice I wouldn't have thought of that honestly.

Thanks guys

So now that we have people in the area that would like to do the meet up is there anyone in the area that has over 5 years of experience that is willing to come and talk with everyone and add experiences that they have learned from?
