my mentor has really pumped me up to think that selling homes to others on land contract is the best and most profitable way to go instead of renting or buying and flipping. I was wondering if any of you guys had any advice on this. What have been your experiences or opinions on selling real estate investments on a land contract instead of renting? Thank you

I'm corey and I'm from Michigan, I'm in the education phase of the real estate business but am looking to start making my first buys by the end of the year. Am open to any suggestions and ideas to build an aggressive rental portfolio.
