How do you really find mentorship about investing in and flipping real estate? Books, seminars, etc etc are all gud but how do u get that real life experience is it best for me too just jump out there and learn own my own as I go? All feedback is appreciated!

I just wanted help with the process of getting permits too complete home renovations how do I go about it? And how can I learn about the overall process? All help and feedback is appreciated thanks in advance!!

I’m interested in learning how too truly invest in real estate flipping properties or obtaining rentals. Focusing on flips first I’m looking too put a team together I know one of the most important members are your general contractors where and how do you find ones that are worth the investment? Is is better too sub contract different people for every part of the rehab? If so am I responsible for getting the permits for the rehab to be done? Thanks in advance for any guidance or help I appreciate it!!

I just wanted to hear some opinions on buying a personal residence before I actually start my real estate investing career is it a good pursuit or not? I’m ready to be on my own regardless how I feel should I hold off until I’m making money outside of my job investing in real estate? All opinions and insight are appreciated thanks in advance

@Greg Dickerson I actually want to focus on renovating sfh for flips at the moment. I wanna learn the whole process of renovating and how to oversee and control it. I wanna be hands on so I can basically know what’s going on, know how to do certain things and be knowledgeable too it. Overall I don’t wanna do my own work actually wanna get to a point I don’t have to lift a finger. I truly appreciate your input thanks
