I’m focusing on flipping houses and other investment properties just want too know what is the best way too set up my llc should I do it professionally or my self? @Odie Ayaga thanks for your perspective I’m definitely considering everything you have discussed thanks! he has about 36,000 left in draw money so you’re right he can pay me back on his next draw and give me the 2500 once he sells. He said he needs more materials so he can complete the work to get too his next draw personally I wanna be there for him as a friend and future business partner so just gotta weigh my options
