@Mark Skaff   you can do both,   flipping will make you  money but learn first how to rehab a property with another investor,  as him/her mentoring you

@Chris Dunham If you are planning to be a wholesaler, start meeting them on the DREIAs on your area, read some good books,  they will help your business if you show genuine interest on them and their business,   good luck

@Bryan Tasumi congratulations of thinking of doing house hack, I would ask him to be the private lender,  after you show him you pay on time you can do more deals with his money, but be fair and have a lawyer to take care of the legal documents

@Aaron Hall   Good luck,  if you find a good deal get it under contract,  I started investing on that area but I moved to Miami since the prices are much lower and the Cap rate is better, also in Miami a lot of the cities are open to having new construction for this kind of properties.  

What is is your exit strategy for you on this kind of properties?
