Hey @Amani Abdel-Dayem

I know of a great community of agents and wholesalers in the northern New Jersey area! Reach out I’ll put you in touch with them. They do a lot of training and have a lot of investors that will buy your wholesale deals. one of the best communities I’ve ever heard of, wish there was one like it in my market 🤣

Hey @Mike Gotti so I would recommend getting in touch with an agent in the area your interested in investing. I know of a lot of real estate investors that invest Hawaii so why not stay local! But from there they will help you get prequalified and figure out how much you can afford. If you need help finding an investor specialist agent anywhere in the US I would be happy to put you in touch with one. Just reach out!

Hey @Marla Miller Chong I would get in touch with an agent in the area your looking to invest. They will be able to answer your questions and offer advice on where and how to find a good investment property! Wherever your looking in the US I have an agent there that will be able to do the boots on the ground work required when investing in real estate! Just reach out to me with the general location you want to invest and I’ll put you in touch with an investor agent from that area! Congratulations on getting into real estate investing!

Hey @Joshua Fabian now is a great time to get into real estate especially if you plan to house hack! With an FHA loan you will be able to purchase the property with very little money out of pocket which will definitely mitigate a lot of the risk. Plus you may even be able to get some cash flow while living in your house for free.

I agree with the above statements about getting your license. If you don’t have 40+ hours per weak to commit to building your business it will be hard to get rolling, but when buying properties the agent will practically work for you for free since the seller normally pays the commission! If you are looking for an agent out there in New York that specializes in investment properties I would be happy to put you in touch with one, just reach out to me!!

@Katherine Fusco Often a good question to ask if they have any rental properties. If they don't then ask if they have ever helped investors in the past. another thing you can do is throw in some words that only an investor would be familiar with, such ROI, cap rate, 1-2% rule. What area are you looking for, I'm happy to refer an investor agent in whatever area your looking for.
