Investing in Oklahoma City

Hello All,

I an looking at the possibility of investing in Oklahoma City in SFH under $230k. Which neighborhoods should I be looking at? I will probably live there for the first few months and then rent it out. Hopefully the property cash flows after all the expenses. Please advice. Ready to connect and drive in there to check out the neighborhoos on a weekend. I am in Austin now, so just a 5 hour drive.

Thanks

Chai

@Chai Jonn if you are looking for a good return on your investment and cash flow then a home for 200k or over is generally a mistake in okc unless it is a multi family.  while homes do rent for 2k and up in okc they are not the majority of the market by any stretch of the imagination.
