Hello everyone,

been studying and analyzing the real estate market in my area over here in South East Michigan, and I’ve been trying too find the sweet spot for areas that have good cash flow but good appreciation as well. I’ve only see 1 or the other so far.

I would love to see where all the seasoned pros in this area are investing for good cash flow and appreciation!
