Hey Vincent, I'm also 22 and studied engineering. I would recommend starting out with an engineering job as it'll help you get started in a lot of ways

Yeah this is definitely a zero interest loan, so would be losing value due to inflation

I'm in contract to buy an investment property and both lenders I've talked to have said 20 percent down for up to 10 properties

I keep all my money in stocks and bonds with betterment. I wouldn't say it's negligible, I earned about a grand in a year and now I'm ready to use it as a DP

If you're undergraduate education is 3k a semester I'd finish, that's very cheap. Like it or not it's going to be very hard to make a decent income without a college degree.

I would recommend finishing school, unless it's saddle you with 80-100k debt. I don't think majoring in real estate in necessary. Your best bet is to major in something that can give you a solid W2 income. I studied engineering, its worked well so far
