Hello I am a freshmen in college and I have a few properties already and looking to get more do wholesaling and eventually flip houses. I am trying to decide what the best major would be for me to do? I am thinking about going into construction I was in business but I want to build things. Is construction the right path for building and also real estate?

@Laramie Hiebner a Triple net lease is when the Tenant of a commercial property is responsible for all financial obligations. including maintenance and insurance, meaning all you do is collect the rent. It's the only (not literally) criteria in my opinion one should consider when buying a commercial property :)
