I am new, so take this with a grain of salt, but assuming you were to take on another mortgage I would imagine your Debt to income ratio could reach a very high amount. -Caleb

Hi Jay! I'm a new investor too, but I do live near Euless, so I am becoming more familiar with an area that you mentioned. It's definitely cheaper and what not, and j think could potentially have a lot of good deals. As far as finding deals, that will always be the hardest and looking on places like the MLS or websites you mentioned will always be the hardest place to find it. I'm still learning a lot and have a ways to go, but please reach out if you just want to network and learn from each other as we go. -Caleb
