Hello all, I have also noticed that Greenville doesn't have a big presence here, but it will as people learn what we already know about Greenville.  We are active investors in Greenville area. We like Greenville, Greer, Taylors, Travelers Rest, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Powdersville, and more. 

@Graham Howell @Scott Duerk we should grab coffee sometime. I live in Atlanta, but we have an office in Greenville and I visit twice per month. We're also getting ready to host a meetup once per month hopefully starting in January. 

We have a couple deals under contract or closed now. Waiting on one to move out by end of month, it's near Furman University and would make a great buy/hold.  We have another near downtown Greer, again another excellent buy/hold.
