Quote from @Michael Baum:

Well, they are nice mattresses. I just picked a Luxe collection medium queen and it is $1899. That is pretty pricey for me.

I have seen Zinus Green Tea 12" queen go on sale for about $300- $350

Michael, It's been 8 months since you bought the Helix Luxe. How would you rate it? I went to walmart.com and looked at the Zinus / Spa Sensations Green Tea 12" mattresses, there appears to be different models. Which specific one have you had success with?

Thanks!

Brady

I'm testing RentPrep and used it for tenant screening. It is hands down more user friendly than the subject and their customer support chat has been great. Their response time to chat is almost instantly or within a minute. Their responses are articulated well, on point, appears to be from a person that has knowledge of their program, and are not point and click pre scripted responses. I've had productive live chats with their team and that is encouraging. I did have one issue that was disappointing that consumed a lot of time: After sending an invite to an applicant for background screening, the applicant somehow was able to register as a landlord; that was discovered by the RentPrep team after a considerable amount of time and delay. Once corrected and on the correct path the screening went smoothly. I was disappointed in the response from RentPrep that it was not understood how that happened and the applicant apparently did something wrong. My point to them is that if the applicant is sent a link to apply, they should never be directed anywhere for such an error to occur. The rebuttal in so many words was sometimes that happens. (well it shouldn't). That hiccup has not deterred me however.

In regards to the subject platform, I can't say it strongly enough, BP should sever all ties with them until they get their act together.

Reading the positive review of RentRedi here is truly shocking. I am wondering if there are two different versions of RentRedi. After much wasted time and frustration with their platform and horrible customer service, I'm done. You could not pay me to use the service and BP should not promote them.

You're not alone. I am so full of regret for even giving them a 3rd and 4th chance. The platform is awful, archaic, confusing, and certainly not ready. It seems like a beta version of some amateur's app. The customer service is abysmal and all they do is copy and paste. I sent an invite to a prospective applicant that qualified and Looked high and low for the invite form with some additional notes to the applicant only to find out that it is not even on the platform at all, anywhere but in an email confirmation I received. Sub fields in the applications are called "child fields" WTF is that supposed to mean? When creating an application, there is no preview what so ever. You must use a work around and send it to yourself, then proceed to fill out the application as a prospective tenant clicking next to be able to see each next page! I should have listened to my intuition but I gave it a try thinking it was just a learning curve, but what I'm learning is it leaves a lot to be desired. Too many deficiencies, bugs, and quirks. If you're considering RentRedi, my advice is DON'T!!!!

I could not make it past the set up stage. It's quirky and the customer support just read scripts that don't resolve issues or to help proceed when stuck.

The support is abysmal. In chats the representatives copy and paste scripted responses that just causes you to go round and round with no real resolution. It was a waste of time to try to even set up. I don't mean to be ungrateful, but this is really no benefit or bonus to a Pro Member, it's just a source of frustration and a waste of my valuable and limited time.

Hi Neighbor,

What a small world.

I bought my first investment property in February. My agent is an investor and of course investor friendly. Stacy is an incredible asset and person with experience,  knowledge, and references. I was absolutely impressed with her work ethic, willingness, personality, and integrity. I would not hesitate to refer her. With the amount of work and dedication she demonstrated, my faith and understanding of the value of a good representative increased 100%. You're welcome to DM me for her information.

Someone dropped the ball and poorly executed this mess. I'm about to give up and go with one of the other quotes I received for kitchen appliances for two units that I am holding up putting in commission.

There is lots of confusion regarding this program. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing and the execution seems poorly planned and communicated. The Home Depot Customer Service call center employee knew nothing about the program and after much wasted time, suggested I visit the Pro Desk at the store. I visited the Pro Desk at the store and the Pro Desk Associate knew nothing about this program (wasted more time). I left my information for the supervisor and he contacted me today, after I received a response on Monday the 17th from Brian Aguirre, the National Account Manager from The Home Depot. Brian stated "The preferred pricing on Appliances, Cabinets, and Flooring will be live in 72 hours". I assume he meant 72 hours from the time I enrolled using the Bigger Pockets Code. That was on Friday June 14th, 72 hours would have been Monday June 17th, and as of this moment there is nothing on my Home Depot Pro account profile that indicates Elite pricing.
