Hey Everyone!

I'm pretty new to BP and wanted to introduce myself.  My primary interests at the moment are meeting, high-quality, ethical and fast moving RE pros and even novices to work with in rehabbing Arizona.  Question:  Anyone have experience in purchasing next to a neighbor with an unkempt yard/cars in yard, etc?  How detrimental to resale has that been for you? Thanks!
