Investor From Arizona Curious About Buying Next To Messy Neighbor
Hey Everyone!
I'm pretty new to BP and wanted to introduce myself. My primary interests at the moment are meeting, high-quality, ethical and fast moving RE pros and even novices to work with in rehabbing Arizona. Question: Anyone have experience in purchasing next to a neighbor with an unkempt yard/cars in yard, etc? How detrimental to resale has that been for you? Thanks!

Neighbor will set the curb appeal for you and the whole block -- think twice on this.
