 Why on earth would you eliminate Firestone Park over several other areas in Akron? I guess an out of towner might have a different idea of where "Firestone Park" is.

If you plan on going 35 minutes south to Akron let me know! I can help out with information in that market. Currently have 7 doors in Akron but none are being used as S8. No definitely not worth it. Like others have said there is plenty of free information out there on lending. Furthermore you can still lend to people from his cult group if you choose to through the Facebook group.

Use the outrageous $3000 you were going to pay for the class and lend it to someone.

Simply put we just like to see does it currently work in today's market. If the answer is "yes" we look to purchase.

Hey Anthony! As an agent we can't steer you to one neighborhood or another. As an investor I have targeted 44312 for some appreciation and good cash flow. We also have some in 44306 for higher cash flow and less appreciation with one being student housing for University of Akron.

Wow- seems like all of these are nightmares and more of a headache than passive.
