@Alan Pederson I’ve heard it helps installing a garbage disposal to help out the dishwasher drain.. not sure if this is true

Is there a Recommeded dishwasher that works well with rentals or something that stops the dishwasher pump from burning out? This has happened a couple times lately. I am guessing because tenants are not cleaning the dishes.

removing dishwashers from the rentals isn’t an option

This current rental doesn’t have a garbage disposal

Hi

I just learned a day ago that my rental house burned down  (see photos)

I am looking for tips for when calling the insurance company from those that have dealt with home owners insurance fire claims or have insurance industry work experience,

( I have dealt with an auto insurance claim and it was a real struggle)

Thanks

How many In Increased percentage points do you think it will take for the real estate market to shift? It doesn’t seem have the increased rates have affected much. I’m trying to calculate the market shift by figuring out how much can rates go up each year How many years do you think it will take of consecutive interest rate bumps to caus a market shift??
