I have called 5 water companies in California and they all have said privacy laws prevent them from giving me the list.

Is this true?

Any ideas how to get the water shutoff lists in california?

Thanks

I came across one that was an Estate of a deceased but they're already working with an agent and have a pending offer. Any other ideas on what to look for? I'm new to wholesaling. Thanks.

Hi Nathan,

Modular, mobile and manufactured are all terms used for different houses.

Modular is taxed, appreciates and sells the same as a traditional or stick built.

Mobile is pre 1976 single or double wide. manufactured is 1976 to present.

Hope this helps.
