What is the total cost for the service, just to accuire the cards( not transfer to cash ect.)?

Average FICO required?

Funding rounds are 3-6 months?

Thank you

If the property cash flows then there should not be holding costs, so no job required.

Anyone's advice could lead you wrong, I believe the cap gains can be prorated for certain reasons. Glad your looking for more opinions.

I have no experience in this but I'll give you my thoughts. It could add credibility, but it is also like sending the recepient of your postcard to the phone book where you may not have the strongest presence. If you have a way to test please let me know the results.

@Emily Almufti The lot you move it to needs hookups( electric,sewer/septic, water) if you find a lot that had a structure previously that would work.

Do you have the money for a down payment but not the full purchase?

Post: Due diligence: communicate with buyer that backed out?

Hi BP first post I appreciate all this community has already taught me!

I'm under contract to purchase an improved lot. I was a backup offer, the agent said the buyer that backed out is an experienced builder and did not see it as profitable. The agent also said he really doesn't want to know why the previous buyer backed out, to avoid disclosure possibly. I'm not wanting to make trouble for the agent, I just want to cover my bases. The lot is priced low and has been and on the market for 2 years with 3 different agents.

I want to communicate with the builder to ask what made him back out. Is there anyway I can communicate with the bidder that cancelled or any other people that have had a contract to buy this lot?

I would love to hear how y'all would or have handled this, for future reference.
