Alex thanks for the advice from the forum man. I recently reached out to the David Greens Team in the Bay Area that specializes a lot of finding house hacks for investors since the rents in the Bay Area are ridiculously high! I’m look to purchase possibly a duplex/Fourplex and house hack to offset the mortgage. Alex is it hard to get a hold of Brokers? Do they only work with agents?
