What's up Bigger Pockets Community of Friends! Okay so I want to invest in Idaho, have some family that resides there as well and have been looking at some potential properties preferably 3b/2b 1000-1300 square ft SFH. Have been looking at Mobile homes as well. I am looking for an experienced individuals who knows and understands the investment side of the game as well as the area . My areas of Interest are Caldwell,Nampa, Boise. I want to be straight forward from the beginning and let you know I am going to be selective when it comes to properties I am pursuing and in no hurry and in no shape to buy the first property if the numbers do not make sense. I know time is a value to some more than others and not here to waste anyone's time. I will need as well access to the Multiple Listings as well. Community If you are not the right for me and just have a recommendation to shoot towards that will be great as well I appreciate the time and thanks to all the BP members in advance take care!

Elise Marquette- Great advice and thanks a lot for the info! I have done some follow ups with a couple of other local lenders in my area and have found the right one here on Bigger Pockets that is able to be more strategic when it comes to the finance options which is a plus! Thanks a lot 🙂

@Carlo Gabriel C. Calderon You know what I was reading that the POGO is really big out there in the Philippines and that a ton of office space is being leased and in high demand. Also read that to some it causes disturbances that is alarming to many residents. Carlo do you currently have investments in the Philippines if so how is your experience so far?

What’s up BP Community! So I was reading articles online and discovered that the market is really strong in the Philippines and demand for real estate condominiums. The country is booming thanks to BPO firms, technology companies, and flexible space operators. After reading this I noticed there currency’s are different than US. In your opinions is the Philippines something to look into and pursue as far as a Real estate investment me being in the US? I’m curious to hear the feedback, thank you all in advance!
