Based on the length of shadows, this looks like it was filmed in the morning. Seeing as the restaurants are open, figure those are open for Sunday brunch?

Quote from @Greg Scott:

It would appear if we can have ChatGPT instruct Midjourney to create NFTs that we track on the blockchain and transact in crypto, we could all become multi-billionaires with no effort.

We're working hard on that here at BP. Make sure to use DOGE next time you renew.

@Aaron Breckenridge Here it is. It's almost like a big-text version of the site

Thanks for the screenshot @Matt Huber. Looks like it's zoomed in in Chrome. Can you try resetting the Zoom back to 100%? It should be in a context menu, here's what it looks like on my computer.

You can also reset it with Ctrl+0 (on Windows) or Cmd+0 (on a Mac).

What market would the rental be in? Is that I take it that is $2k is gross not net. What does net look like? What's your current rate and is it fixed and how many months are left on it?

Hi Everyone, I am looking to connect in a few different markets. I am active in Texas and Oklahoma. Northeast Dallas, as well as OKC and Tulsa, Ok. If you are in these areas and want to connect look me up!

Start by connecting with you CAPS LOCK key, please!

Go to BUILD YOUR TEAM at the top of your screen and you can search for other MEMBERS or LOCAL MEETUPS. You can also check meetup.com or search facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

Hey Nathan, You could end by checking your grammar before you post your reply.

Are you the CAPS police? No need to be a jerk Nathan. No law against it and it looks like you know how to use your caps key as well. Cute that you get to decide what is acceptable or not. Pro Tip, next time leave that out of your introduction. You might find you are received a bit better!

@Nathan Gesner actually is the CAPS judge, jury and executioner.

I'd like to see a "Best Answer" button with the post highlighted in some way. Upvotes are fine, but you may be receiving upvotes for something other than answering the original question.

Exactly, or you could be Nash ing it. Have your wife and your biz partner follow you around and vote for whatever you say.

I liked the stats page @Aaron Breckenridge although it just states whose posting the most.   BTW, your top blog contributor is an AI bot. I don't think Jay Thomas is a natural human.

He's definitely an unnatural human

1 self serving request…

I’d appreciate a way to turn off notifications for entering and leaving a top contributor status for each category. If you live at the top of the bottom, or the bottom of the top of forum members. You get 5-10 notices or more per day as you come and go out of last mentioned place for top contributor.

Maybe eliminate the no longer a top contributor. Or just one weekly notice like the email that summarizes your last weeks activity? I doubt any of the useful top contributors are doing it so they can get a notice they can mistake for an actual human notice.

Thanks for the recommendation, I’ll as that to our upcoming work on notifications
