San Francisco's Embarcadero is Almost Completely Vacant

This is a wild video to say the least:

This guy just walks around the famous and formerly bustling Embarcadero in San Francisco and it is a ghost town. I would certainly hate to be a commercial real estate investor in one of these places, or just about anywhere in major coastal cities right now. It would seem that commercial real estate is in a nationwide recession while commercial real estate in a few places like San Francisco and New York is in a downright depression.

Rumor has it I'm not (and everybody else) are not welcome in San Francisco. Maybe it's because we spend a lot of money and generate tax dollars and keep stores and restaurants open when we visit and consume services.

Or, is it because I don't want to visit a city where it's unsafe because they ban police from doing their job and I probably will get robbed, harassed and be exposed to crime, disease and drugs. I dunno.

Bullet was a cool race scene back in the day, tho.
