@Eugene Lavatman assuming you only have 1, 3 props, pay pal, cash app etc,  or simply have them make direct deposit at the bank, KEEP IT SIMPLE , If many props, set up Buildium ,

@Jaston Robinson I have never cold called a homeowner or anyone. I simply network in real estate groups and can get as many deals as I want. Just go to your local REIA meeting , connect with those doing deals,

@Russell Benny you need to get to a local REIA meeting, OF COURSE YOU CAN. You are not closing , all you are doing is flipping a contract not the house .

@Dominique Emerson I love this term wholesaling, its call FLIPPING A CONTRACT . Some guru said it at a seminar now everyone is a wholesaler. All you need to do is go to your local REIA meeting. Connect with someone doing deals vs reading books . He will teach you how to find deals and pay you a fee......save , learn, then do them yourself

Just go to your local REIA meeting, deals everywhere . Find them for someone doing deals , get paid a finders fee , learn save then do them yourself

@Dov Klitnick connect with a team that handles everything, you do zero. Assuming you are looking for rentals,. 10-14% net caps are to be had 100% hands off
