@Neeraj Walia I lived in LI all my life, 53 years, moved to FL two years ago. I did a lot of biz in LI , stopped about 15 years ago, not worth it . All in 300k ++ maybe make 6- 7% per year, terrible . I have been working in the Cleveland markets for the last 10 years, much better then LI

@Rachel Feng  do not even try, you have no idea what to pay, how to do it etc. Connect with someone doing deals, let them do it WITH YOU, learn then apply what you learn. Or do a rehab and flip, with not so much rehab. learn 1st from doing, NOT reading books,,, total waste of time.

@Matthew Smith I have been doing business in the Cleveland markets for years and years,,, double digit net caps are to be had 100% hands off...AVG all in  PP 64k, avg rent 1k,,,,,,

@Adam R.  simple, buy in a market where you get 10% +++ NET cap per year. ( on 400k thats 40k year at least ) Refi and buy more ,  Yes it IS that simple.....

@Terrell Dyer the last place to find deals ins with a realtor. In my 10 years doing more then 500 deal in the Cleveland markets I used a realtor for maybe 10 peops 10 years ago. Its all about your network. I can now get as many as I want ,
