@Adam M. One place you can look for a virtual assistant is investorvaservices.com, where you are provided a real estate trained virtual assistant and a personal business coach for a few dollars more than upwork. They work around your schedule and you do not have to worry about the recruiting process, having to personally take time to train them, or look over your shoulder like they are going to get up and leave. A great way to delegate tasks and scale your business.

Jeff - One way to outsource your needs is to hire a virtual assistance. This is a great way to delegate tasks such as accounting, marketing, cold calling, and other needs, so you can focus on more financially rewarding tasks.

Many people were awakened to the incredible power of leveraging other people’s time by using virtual assistants (commonly known as VAs) from the book The Four Hour Workweek. The difficulty that most investors still face, though, is that they have to actually figure out how to find, train, and delegate to those VAs. If you need to free up more of your time so that you can focus on making money in your business, then Matt has just the solution for you!

Hey Michael - Congrats on the purchase! Sounds like you are implementing all the right things to get to four properties. You make a great point in your last sentence " At this point I will be resetting my goals and looking at something different since most of my returns are coming from sweat equity, and I don’t want to turn this business into another job. I want to run a business instead of running myself into the ground." One thing to looking into is using Virtual Assistance. This is a great way to delegate tasks and outsource work to save time and energy for more financially rewarding tasks.

I know a lot of these guys are based in Southeast Asia... hows the language barrier and do they work the hours you need them to work (afternoons and dinner time in the US)? How do you set up their phone systems?

I stumbled across a company called IVAS. They look pricey but might be what I need. If anyone has a review of them, don't be shy.

 Hi Leonard,

I am with IVAS, I can have someone give you free consultation and discuss the the systems that you may need. Let me know your thoughts.
