Using Virtual Assistants for cold calling?

Hey all. Trying to get to even some of my leads is a nightmare plus I'd rather be doing anything else than cold calling. Anyone who use VAs have any luck with having them cold call? I know a lot of these guys are based in Southeast Asia... hows the language barrier and do they work the hours you need them to work (afternoons and dinner time in the US)? How do you set up their phone systems? I stumbled across a company called IVAS. They look pricey but might be what I need. If anyone has a review of them, don't be shy.

@Leonard Galper have you tried skiptracing in bulk and then sending out text blast and or voicemail blast to warm up leads and then have them call into a online phone number equipped with a voicemail then you can just call the folks on the list that have received your message and are interested. This may help you not have to pay for pricey services as well as give you a workflow you can manage without a VA.Pm me if you have any specific questions.
