Do you personally have to know a buyer or can you use a buyer a fellow wholesaler has given you? Will it be weird if someone they dont know calls/emails them out of the blue telling them they've got a deal they might be interested in?

What is the criteria for a good deal. I don't know the first thing about how houses are priced. Are there ways I can find out?

Lets say you get a house under contract and you have equitable rights but none of your buyers are interested. And does this happen often?

@Hemanth Grandhige I'm thinking about getting licensed. Is it worth it? Will I ever get an opportunity to use it as an investor?

What is the difference between brokering without a license and wholesaling.

And if I got a license would it hinder me as in wholesaler in anyway.

Do I have to agree price when signing a contract with the seller? if so how do I find out a price a buyer will buy it for. Can I ask him what he'd buy it for before I get it under contract?

The thing that still baffles me about wholesaling is, how does one go about convincing a seller his house is worth thousands less than its appraisal value. And wouldn't that be taking advantage or the seller. Always hear, a good deal is where everyone's happy. I can't imagine the seller would come off happy when you rip them off.

@Brandon Turner @Joshua Dorkin would be great if you guys could get a 20 or under REI on the podcast. I would love to learn how they got past the age/experience barrier.
