I am 19 but look I look 16. Will it be a big issue and are there ways I can get around it?

The mind is what limits people to what is possible more than anything in life. Master your mind and thoughts and blaze your own trail regardless of what others think.

You could have 100 people say you are too young and 10 take a chance and you and then you might become a top 1% earner.
