@John Reynolds, I appreciate the great review on here!  We have worked hard on House Flipping Formula (HFF) and all the other mastermind groups / events we do.  So glad you are enjoying it!

@Maribel Aviles, are you asking whether to do HFF, 6 Figure Flipping (6FF), or 7 Figure Flipping (7FF)?  I would need more information about where you are in real estate, your experience, your financial situation, your goals, etc... to give you the right recommendation.  Feel free to PM me and I'll give you my recommendation. 

Here are my thoughts in general on what we have:

House Flipping Formula:  Great for those who are getting started, looking for information and actionable items, self paced, not a ton of money for marketing, want to get their goals on their own time. 

6 Figure Flipping: For those who have the basic knowledge, money or access to money for marketing / business building, want to get there faster and are dedicated to building a business.  The goal here is to get to 6 figures of profit in 6 months. 

7 Figure Flipping: For those who are already running a 6 figure profit per year business, have experience, want to build a business that gets to 7 figures per year in profit.  Wholesaling and house flipping businesses is the focus.  

8 Figure Flipping: Those running a 7 figure profit business per year and want to get to 8 figures.  Real estate related businesses only but may be expanding into other vertically integrated businesses. 

As for me, I wouldn't have done anything differently.  I snuck my way into 7FF when it started and am happy that I just jumped right in!

@Parker Stiles, she is likely talking about pre tax profit so if you add that 17% back in and I know she isn't paying her sales rep 15% so that's likely a difference as well.  Adding those back in (5% to the sales rep and 17% tax) you would be at 47% so about the same.  

My payroll is high since we do a lot of volume at smaller wholesale fees so my numbers are even a little lower than yours in net percentage.  We have also been growing a lot and when you are in growth mode those marketing expenses go up quite a bit until you get to sustainment times (I seem to keep wanting to grow for some reason).  

Your numbers look good to me assuming you aren't running around all day doing everything yourself.  If that is the case I would want to get those numbers down more and work on hiring yourself out to enjoy that 25%.  $100k a month is awesome though!  Who doesn't want to take home $25k a month?

What: Flip Hacking Live 2018 - 6 and 7 Figure Wholesalers and House Flippers opening the doors to their business for 3 days

When I started in this business I knew that I needed to surround myself with the right people. I always made every effort to be in rooms with people who are succeeding at a high-level and frankly those who are smarter than me or doing WAY more than me. People who could push me and inspire me to do more and be more than I was at the time.

@Christian Carle, welcome. I was an ME major in college as well. As you get going in real estate use your skills with numbers to your advantage but work hard not to over analyze everything or you will never get anywhere.

@Albert Ng, I know this is an old thread but came across it somehow.  I'm actually one of the coaching for this group now after being a member for 2 years and every one of us is in the business actively today.  We are not lecturers and far from it and we also make the majority of our income from our flipping businesses and not coaching.  Just wanted to make sure the record was clear on that in case anyone else came across this thread looking for some answers.  Everyone can chose their own path but there is a lot of negativity toward paying for mentorship or mastermind groups on this thread.
